Position Summary
The Level I Technician is an entry-level role focused on learning and assisting with conveyor repair, installation, and maintenance under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training.
- Learn to use measurement tools, alignment methods, and mechanical drawings.
- Support field crews with material handling and setup.
- Effective utilization of Service Fusion (front-end system) App, as trained by TCS management.
- Consistent and accurate usage of Gusto (payroll/time & attendance) App.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of mechanical or industrial experience (or equivalent training).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and physically capable.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
Preferred Experience
- Technical or vocational school certificate in industrial maintenance or related field.
